We will only engrave the head of the pet as the full body might not fit the watch band.
We can only work with what photos you send us. Your photo must show the dog clearly. We cannot draw parts of your pet that are missing such as ears, eye, and faces.
We will always ask you for additional photos if I feel the one you have provided is not giving out the right result. We want you to be happy with your band.
We will not replace or refund custom photo pet products as all bands and cases leave us in good condition with what we believe is the closest likeness of your pet from the photo provided. We never send out a product without a decent copy of your pet on it.
